Email Best Practices
1. Authenticate Your Domain
Always set up DKIM and SPF records. This tells receiving servers (like Gmail) that you are authorized to send email from your domain.
2. Clean Your List
Remove inactive subscribers who haven't opened an email in 6 months. High bounce rates hurt your reputation.
3. Avoid Spam Trigger Words
Avoid excessive use of "FREE", "URGENT", "BUY NOW", or all-caps in your subject lines.
4. Make Unsubscribing Easy
Never hide your unsubscribe link. If people can't leave easily, they will mark you as spam, which is much worse.
